Obstetrics - 4 Days (Thanks to labor day.)
Gynaecology - 5 Days
Paeds was pathetic for the first few days as I've said before.
But thanks to adorable babies I managed to scrape through.
Obs was really boring except when you're in the nursery.
But thanks to several staffs for this pleasant posting!
As for Gynae, needless to say, I've got a motivater in there.
Thanks to the two housemens, I survived the 5 days in a unfriendly ward.
(Only one of them was my motivater = =+)
However, there are still nice staffs around (:
As for now, the housemens aka Dr will now be known as Mee Goreng & Simpsons.

PS : Given their nicks, it's easier for us to talk about them
Leepeng was surprised that I actually remembered Mee Goreng's handwriting.
I'll tell you why. He's also a left hander plus the words are always fading off!
As a housemen, his black pen is running out of ink.
As a student nurse, my black pen is running too much ink that it leaves stains everywhere!
So I get comments saying "Buy him a new pen/Give him your pen/I think your previous black pen went missing 'cause he took it..."
You'll get to see both housemens almost round the clock if it's morning shift.
Afternoon shift, you'll only get to see them halfway taking report till about 4-5pm whereby they knocked off.
On the last day, Simpsons appeared in the ward first. So when Mee Goreng came walking towards the nurses counter, I saw the rest eyebrows raised and twitching, hinting to me of the arrival of my motivater
He stood directly opposite me with Rad, Char and Miao.
I see those 3 fellow classmates of mine giving me a cheeky look.
Okay I know he's there, keep it low~
From what I knew, Mee Goreng received a Thank You card from a patient today.
He showed it off to his fellow partner, Mr Simpsons, who ended up saying "I also did discharges~ I don't have card.." (Something like this)
Can see that Mee Goreng is smiling from ear to ear, if I were to give him a card like the others were teasing about, how sad can Simpsons get?
Lucky for my last day, they didn't leave at 4pm! Hahaha, hardworking eh?
Was in a mid of handling a new admission, and just as I looked up, Mee Goreng and I looked at each other = =+ I seriously didn't know he came back to the ward okay.
It just happened that I looked up and he looked back into the cubicle
& PS; He's always smiling or feeling happy when we saw him ><
Hasnah dared me to say Goodbye infront of Mee Goreng and I dared her back to say to Simpsons.Do not dare her anything! She's capable of doing it! Lol!
She went to Simpsons and say : "Eh? You didn't go back?"
Simpsons : (I forgotten what he said infront. But he's On Call, that's why he's still in the ward)
Later on when there wasn't any Staffs at the nurses station and both housemen came out of the MO office with their bags, I said to them "Bye bye!"
Simpsons turned around : "?? What bye.."
Me : "Going home right.. So bye bye..."
Mee Goreng : "No ah.. not going home, going to play lantern~" (His drop dead smile again-.-) Me : "Huh? Play lantern?? Oh okay okay..."
(I see that they are somehow in a rush, so... let them go ^^)
In the end, we came to a conclusion.
Play lantern = Burn midnight oil? or On Call?
I don't understand your Doctor's term. Lol!
Ever since they left, only Simpsons came back to the ward occasionally. He has to review those new admissions and do some tests..etc.. Simpsons came by to a patient I was attending to to draw some blood for tests.
Poor boy, he kneel down on the floor while drawing the blood!
Simpsons ah Simpsons, you are allowed to sit on the chair you know?
I stood beside him and said : "We're going to stand here and make you nervous.."
He looked up, face almost blushed. (He admitted. Haha!)
After which he asked me : "You all know how to draw blood?"
I told him no no no no, I don't know~ Even if we know how to we will also say no to you.
Simpsons, 加油! You will get better in drawing blood in future!
Last day wasn't that bad after all. 'Cause those unfriendly staffs were not on duty!
I'm lucky ^^ Haha.
